Late Cancellations within 24 hours or No-shows are subject to a charge of the full cost of the appointment. Thank you for your consideration.

This practice is out-of-network with all health insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service, and itemized superbill receipts are available upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

The chiropractic treatment I provide focuses on improving pain-free range-of-motion and function to the spine and extremities.

Active Release Techniques (ART®) treatment is a hands-on, soft-tissue injury management system that allows me to diagnose and treat soft-tissue injuries.
ART® treatments are performed to improve range-of-motion, movement and function to the soft tissue structures of the body located near the spine and extremities. These structures include muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves.

For over 24 years I’ve had the pleasure to provide the San Francisco Bay Area with innovative Chiropractic Care and soft-tissue expertise. Whether helping a tennis player heal an elbow; a yoga enthusiast recover from frozen shoulder; an engineer with neck pain or an Olympic boxer with a back injury, each client brings a unique story to my practice. I began my chiropractic career on the Active Release Techniques (ART) treatment team at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, providing high-performance care to triathletes.

While using modern, hands-on techniques to address spinal, muscle, tendon, and nerve conditions, I also focus on injury prevention with at-home exercises and lifestyle changes.

As a lifelong competitive tennis player, I understand the emotional pain of a sports injury can far exceed the physical pain. Sports go far beyond exercise. They are source of joy, social interaction and personal fulfillment. My primary goal is to get you quickly back to doing what you love.
